KUWAIT CITY, Kuwait — Dr. Dari Al-Huwail, Kuwait Dive Team international relations officer, explains the environmental hazard posed by discarded plastics at the start of a cleanup at Anjafa Beach on April 7, 2018. Pa. Army National Guard soldiers deployed to Kuwait joined U.S. Embassy staff, the Kuwait Dive Team and concerned local citizens in the cleanup effort.
