CAMP ARIFJAN, Kuwait – Kuwait Land Forces (KLF) officers discuss the effective outcome of the chemical, biological, radiological and nuclear (CBRN) training exercise that included training on the AN/UDR-14 pocket radiac set, which detects and measures nuclear radiation from fallout, radiological contamination, and nuclear detonations. More than 40 U.S. Army and KLF Weapons of Mass Destruction (WMD) Battalion soldiers exchanged information about the AN/UDR-14. Both KLF and U.S. Army soldiers gained valuable knowledge about each other's decontamination, reconnaissance, radiation detection, and various CBRN hazard response techniques.
