Deidrah Lamont and Sheila Robinson, both members of the medical care team at Fort Lee's Kenner Army Health Clinic, share a siimilar backstory that started with their enlistment into the Women's Army Corps. While in uniform, they experienced the hardships of gender discrimination, racial hatred and sexual misconduct. Despite those experiences, however, they continue to serve as proud members of the Army Medical Corps. (Photo by Lesley Atkinson, Kenner Army Health Clinic Public Affairs Officer).
