Maj. Christin Hart, 419th Flight Test Squadron B-52 flight commander, inspects the B-52 Stratofortress before takeoff at Barksdale Air Force Base, La., Feb. 28, 2018. Upgraded equipment and software for all Air Force platforms, including the B-52, go through two phases of testing: developmental and then operational.
