Brig. Gen. Abdul Kareem, deputy commander of Al-Kut Air Force Base, begins his presentation by greeting his Iraqi ground forces and intelligence commanders for the first time together on Contingency Operating Base Delta July 14, 2011. This meeting included some of the most influential leaders in Al-Kut and Wasit province.
