Army Reserve Sgt. More than 1000 Army Reserve Soldiers from Task Force 76, 76th Operational Response Command, are currently participating in exercise Vibrant Response 18 at Camp Atterbury, Indiana and exercise Guardian Response 18 at Muscatatuck, Indiana. The 10-day annual exercise is designed to train the task force units which include chemical, medical, military police and engineers, to react to and provide support to state and local authorities in the event of a National disaster requiring federal response. The exercises include a command post exercise, as well as security operations, search and rescue, decontamination and medical treatment of injured personnel.
