U.S. Army Reserve Spc. Darren Odell, the 104th Training Division Soldier who won the 108th Training Command (IET) Soldier of the Year Title, moves through the Urban Assault Course that was part of the Combined Best Warrior and Drill Sergeant of the Year Competitions at Fort Knox, Kentucky April 9-13. Eight U.S. Army Reserve Commands combined resources to not only be efficient, but to provide the competitors a more challenging competition. The commands involved were: 84th Training Command, 108th Training Command, 88th Readiness Division, 81st Readiness Division, 63rd Readiness Division, U.S. Army Reserve Aviation Command, U.S. Army Reserve Careers Division, and the U.S. Army Reserve Military Intelligence Command.
