Master Sgt. Kierre Campbell descends during high angle rescue training April
16, 2018, on Camp Courtney, Okinawa, Japan. High angle insert training is used
to provide, safe, effective and reliable rescues of trapped or injured persons
from elevated structures or areas of difficult access. Campbell, a Chicago
native, is the chemical, biological, radiological and nuclear operations
