Commandant of the Marine Corps Gen. Robert B. Neller presents an American flag to Dotti Lu Fox, wife of retired Col. Wesley Lee Fox, Medal of Honor recipient, at Arlington National Cemetery, Arlington, Va., April 17, 2018. Fox was a Korean War veteran and a 1st Sgt. prior to his commission in 1966, and he earned the Medal of Honor for his actions three years later in Vietnam.
