Benny Collins, commander of the 1-130th Attack Reconnaissance Battalion (1-130th ARB) addresses the family and Soldiers gathered for the North Carolina National Guard’s (NCNG) 1-130th ARB and Det. 1 B Co. 638th Aviation Support Battalion deployment ceremony at Hope Community Church in Raleigh, North Carolina, April 17, 2018.
