Sgt. Kaylea Colley, Unit Public Affairs Representative, Oregon Army National Guard, and Capt. Paul Khoo, deputy head of Operations, 3rd Division, Singapore armed forces, enjoy tea time during a bilateral training exercise called Tiger Balm in Singapore, July 18. Singapore hosted the 30th year of Tiger Balm at Pasir Laba Camp, focusing on sharing military experience and knowledge as well as bringing the two cultures closer together. The joint training exercise is designed to bring the Singapore army and U.S. citizen-soldiers and citizen-airmen from Oregon, Washington and Hawaii closer professionally and personally.
