The flag of the United States of America flies at half staff April 19, 2018, on the flagpole in front of Garrison Headquarters at Fort McCoy, Wis., in honor of former First Lady Barbara Bush. The installation also received several inches of fresh snow April 18-19. The flag was flown at half staff on all Department of Defense buildings, grounds, and naval vessels throughout the United States and around the world. Bush died April 17 in Houston, Texas, and is the wife of former President George H.W. Bush. (U.S. Army Photo by Scott T. Sturkol, Public Affairs Office, Fort McCoy, Wis.)
