Lt. Gen. James H. Dickinson, commanding general, U.S. Army Space and Missile Defense Command/Army Forces Strategic Command, administers the oath of office to Tse-Horng “Richard” Yu, the USASMDC/ARSTRAT Future Warfare Center’s new director for Capability Development Integration Directorate, during his appointment ceremony to Senior Executive Service April 19 at the Club at Peterson Air Force Base, Colorado. Yu is the first SES assigned to Colorado Springs.
