PORT OF DJIBOUTI, Djibouti - Sailors assigned to Camp Lemonnier's public works department replace the Djibouti boat ramp during the month of March and April 2018. The boat ramp is used for launching and retrieving small boats or trailers towed by automobiles. NAVFAC is the Naval Shore and Expeditionary Systems Command that plans, builds, and maintains sustainable facilities, delivers environmental, utilities and other base services, and acquires and manages expeditionary combat force systems and equipment.
