Sgt. Maj. Robert Ledferd, sergeant major, Combat Logistics Regiment 17, 1st Marine Logistics Group, presents the first-ever regimental Motivation Award to the Marines and sailors of Combat Logistics Battalion 15, CLR-17, 1st MLG, at Camp Pendleton, Calif., July 12. ‘CLB-15, you guys have been drinking that Kool-Aid before I even [told] you what it means,’ said Ledferd, referring to a phrase he came up with to motivate his Marines and sailors, encouraging them to do the right thing at all times.
