A “dummy” is pulled from a hallway into a common area as part of an exercise in the old McCoy Hall dorm building, as Offutt firefighters perform their training alongside U.S. Air Force Brig. Gen. Donald Bacon, 55th Wing commander, at Offutt Air Force Base, Neb., March 7.
