Seabees from Naval Mobile Construction Battalion 74, attached the Combined Joint Task Force–Horn of Africa, change a drill bit at a fresh water drill site, July 7, in Dire Dawa, Ethiopia. The Seabee project, designed to provide fresh water to surrounding villages with fresh water, began July 2 and is expected to be completed this month. The pump will be capable of delivering 20 gallons of water a minute.
