U.S. Army Sgt. Damacio Ruiz, a Harlingen, Texas, native assigned to Combined Joint Interagency Task Force 435, responds to a question another solider asks. Ruiz and other members of CJIATF 435 were at NATO's International Security Assistance Force headquarters participating in U.S. Army Lt. Gen. Keith M. Huber's assumption of command ceremony July 26. Huber was recently the deputy commander of U.S. Joint Forces Command and assumed command of CJIATF 435 in a ceremony led by ISAF commander, U.S. Marine Corps Gen. John R. Allen.
