David Keener, an oceanic and meteorological forecaster with 1st Intelligence Battalion, 1st Marine Expeditionary Force, briefs the the 11th Marine Expeditionary Unit command element staff about current weather conditions during exercise Spartan Fury on April 19, 2018. During the exercise the Marines got a unique and valuable training experience where they worked together to plan and solve a scenario where the command element utilized logistic and aviation assets to support the ground combat element.
