Pacific Ocean (April 23, 2018) USS Stockdale (DDG 106) is underway completing a Cruiser-Destroyer (CRUDES) Surface Warfare Advanced Tactical Training (SWATT) exercise. Stockdale, USS Mobile Bay (CG 53), and USS Spruance (DDG 111) are participating in the CRUDES SWATT exercise led by Naval Surface and Mine Warfighting Development Center (SMWDC), in support of USS John C. Stennis (CVN 74) Carrier Strike Group (CSG). SWATTs are designed to increase warfighting proficiency, lethality, and interoperability of participating units.
