U.S. airmen serving as umpires during Air Mobility Rodeo 2011, convene amongst themselves on the results of the Engine Running On/Offload competition at Joint Base Lewis-McChord, Wash., on July 25, 2011. The ERO is a timed event intended to simulate and expedite on/offload of cargo in a wartime environment using a five member team. Rodeo is the U.S. Air Force's and AMC's premier international combat skills and flying operations competition designed to develop and improve techniques, procedures, and interoperability, while optimizing international mobility partnerships and enhancing mobility operations.
