PENSACOLA, Fla. — Aviation Maintenance Administrationman 1st Class Joseph Marckstein, a native of Albuquerque, New Mexico, conducts Group Paced Evaluator (GPE) training with a group of Naval Air Technical Training Center (NATTC) Instructors as part of the Staff In-Service Training (IST) Program May 3 aboard Naval Air Station Pensacola, Florida. The GPE course, a prerequisite for NATTC staff members to become designated as Instructor Evaluators, allows staff to ensure the most effective techniques and current subject matter are delivered by instructors to support mission requirements.
