Maj. James Mitchell, the Air Liaison Officer with the 116th Air Control Squadron, Oregon Air National Guard, and his counterpart Capt. James Kee, with the Singapore Armed Forces, review air support information during the Tiger Balm war game at Pasir Laba Camp, Singapore, July 25. The U.S. military and Singapore Armed Forces joined together for two weeks in July for Tiger Balm 2011, an annual bilateral training exercise. The armies share military strategies and techniques in defense, offense and operations while building military and cultural relationships. This year's focus was offense, defense and operations.
