(PACIFIC OCEAN) May 4, 2018 – Sailors assigned to Fleet Surgical Team 3 and Wasp-class amphibious assault ship USS Essex (LHD 2) lift a patient in the ship’s main battle dressing station as part of a casualty evacuation drill during Essex Amphibious Ready Group (ARG) and 13th Marine Expeditionary Unit (MEU) exercise (ARGMEUEX).
