This task occurred during the final day of the event, "Thunderbolt Shock," where competitors ran in a 1.5 mile route where they competed in a series of physical and tactical challenges leading to the finish line. The Sullivan Cup is a biennial competition to determine the top four-person tank crew in the world. The Spartan Brigade crew bested 15 tank crews across the Army, Marine Corps, and allied militaries worldwide in the seven-day competition, hosted by the U.S. Army's Maneuver Center of Excellence, April 28-May 4, at Fort Benning, Ga.
