Aircraft from the 374th Airlift Wing (AW) conduct the 374th AW Generation Exercise Elephant Walk at Yokota Air Base, Japan, May 4, 2018. The exercise was conducted in order to demonstrate the wing’s ability to rapidly deploy forces across Indo-Pacific region. The 374th AW maintains and operates the C-130J Super Hercules, C-12 Huron, and UH-1N Iroquois, making it the primary Western Pacific airlift hub for U.S. Air Force peacetime and contingency operations.
