Members of the 175th Fire Department and Department of Veteran Affairs Fire Department participate in Maryland’s Exercise Vigilant Guard May 9, 2018, at Perry Point Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Perry Point, Md. where they practiced giving medical treatment to victim role-players rescued from a collapsed building.
