Scott Himes (right), the outgoing 2BCT commander, present the Shield of Sparta to Himes’ wife, Anjoleen, for her significant contributions to the infantry, May 9, at Fort Drum, New York. Immediately following the award presentation, Himes relinquished command of the brigade to Col. Paul Larson during a change of command ceremony on Sexton Field.
