A civilian delivery driver attempts to communicate "move out of the way" to Sgt. Grover Wilson, left, and Sgt. Anton Polazkowyj, of the 81st Troop Command's 1413th Engineer Company, as they wrestle trusses onto a stack at the Joint Multinational Readiness Center in Hohenfels, Germany, July 28. The crane operator wanted to lower more trusses. Neither the driver, nor the crane operator, could speak English, and none of the guardsmen spoke German. When the trusses arrived, the engineers saw the truss plan for the first time. The drivers had it. It was in German. The engineers counted on doing things differently, and the plan forced them to redo prep work.
