After treating their first simulated casualty and moving it to the safe area, U.S. Marines with Special Purpose Marine Air-Ground Task Force - Crisis Response Africa, Logistics Combat Element 18.2 run to the next simulated casualty during the culminating event of a Tactical Combat Casualty Care class at Naval Air Station Sigonella, Italy, May 10, 2018. The Marines were tasked to provide care for two different simulated casualties and move them to a safe area after rigorous exercise to simulate the fatigue encountered in combat. U.S Navy Hospital Corpsmen put the Marines under stress to ensure they were capable of providing care in a hectic environment. (U.S. Marine Corps photo by Lance Cpl. Taylor W. Cooper)
