Mike Mullen, the chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff received a standing ovation after speaking to service members with United States Division - Center at Al-Faw Palace on Camp Liberty, Iraq, Aug. 2 during his last overseas tour of the area before his retirement. He talked about the issues facing the military and answered questions from the crowd.
