U.S. Marine Corps Lance Cpl. Christopher House, a motor transportation operator with Transportation and Services Company, Combat Logistics Battalion 4, 3rd Marine Logistics Group, drives a High-Mobility Multipurpose Wheeled Vehicle (HMMWV) to a live-fire range during Exercise Balikatan at Colonel Ernesto Ravina Air Base, Philippines, May 6, 2018. The HMMWV guided five Medium Tactical Vehicle Replacement 7-ton trucks that carried junked cars to the live-fire ranges and dropped them off at target checkpoints. Exercise Balikatan, in its 34th iteration, is an annual U.S.-Philippine military training exercise focused on a variety of missions, including humanitarian assistance and disaster relief, counterterrorism and other combined military operations held from May 7 to 18.
