Warrant Officer Lamaar Pernell, a native of Milwaukee, WI, assigned to 1st Signal Brigade, plots points on a map at the night land navigation event during the Eighth Army Best Warrior Competition, held at Camp Casey, Republic of Korea, 14 May. The Eighth Army BWC recognizes and selects the most qualified junior enlisted and non-commissioned officer to represent Eighth Army at the U.S. Army Pacific Best Warrior Competition at Schofield Barracks, HI, in June.
