Col. Jason Gingrich, 347th Rescue Group commander, walks by a group of Airmen of Airmen Leadership School (ALS) graduating class 18 Delta during an ALS graduation, May 10, 2018, at Moody Air Force Base, Ga. The graduation is a hallmark event which transitions junior Airmen into the position of NCOs, where they will take up the official role of leading Airmen under them, to foster their growth and ability. The event consisted of a color guard detail, a medallion donning and a motivational speech by senior leadership, finishing it up with the anticipated congratulatory coining for the 47 soon to be NCOs.
