    A Soldier with the 1st Battalion, 310th Brigade Engineer Battalion works with Army instructors with the Joint Personnel Recovery Agency to complete field training in the 40-hour Personnel Recovery Course on April 25, 2018, at Fort McCoy, Wis. More than a dozen Soldiers completed the training as part of building skills as observer-coach/trainers.
