Spc. Trina L. McLoud of Allied Forces South Battalion (Naples), crouches low at the Grafenwoehr Training Area site where she is running a military operation on urban terrain. As the day’s Alpha squad leader, McLoud is in charge of the major decision making for her team. Part of the USANATO Ultimate Warrior competition includes changing squad leaders and teams every day during the two week period so each individual can be rated on their leadership skills.
