The Coaches Workshop educates approximately 50 collegiate coaches from across the nation about essential Marine Corps leadership skills and programs they can share with their student athletes based on first-hand experiences. Turner is the associate head coach at Coppin State University in Baltimore, Maryland and a member of the Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference (MEAC).
