DAHLGREN, Va. (May 2, 2018) - Lt. Cmdr. Rolanda Findlay presents her technological project - Identification and Definition of Unmanned Aerial System Air Vehicle Operator Performance Metrics - at the two-day 2018 Naval Innovative Science and Engineering (NISE) Technical Exchange Meeting held at Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division. More than 150 NISE-funded innovations, including Findlay's project, were presented to the Department of Defense technical leaders, scientists, and engineers who visited the Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Research, Development, Test and Evaluation sponsored event to see and learn about the NISE projects and their alignment to naval systems and naval needs.
