Trevor McBride, an aerial combat photojournalist assigned to the 1st Combat Camera Squadron, Joint Base Charleston, South Carolina passes his ruck to an Army soldier from the 55th Signal Company (Combat Camera), Fort George G. Meade, Maryland, to load for the ruck challenge at Marine Corps Base Quantico, Virginia, during the 2018 SPC Hilda I. Clayton Best Combat Camera (COMCAM) Competition May 03, 2018. The ruck mark challenge is the final event during a weeklong competition that tests physical, mental and technical capabilities. The Competition is established in honor of fallen combat camera Soldier SPC Hilda I. Clayton, who gave her life July 02, 2013 in Afghanistan as a part of Operation Enduring Freedom.
