Officers and senior non-commissioned officers of Joint Task Force 71 improve their understanding of training needs during an Employee Professional Development weekend in Bryan/College Station, Aug. 13, 2011. The EPD brought leaders up-to-date on training needs, unit capabilities and preparations for the brigade's Homeland Response Force external evaluation in October. Bringing the leadership together at such an event ensures that everyone understands the training themes and commander's intent behind them.
