Staff Sgt. Timothy Vesich, a fuels specialist for the 127th Logistics Readiness Squadron, connects the hose of a fuel truck to the underground hydrant system at Joint Base Elmendorf/Ft. Richardson, Alaska, in order to transfer fuel to a C-17 of the 3rd Airlift Wing on the ramp. Approximately 40 Airmen from the 127th Logistics Readiness Squadron spent their two weeks of annual training integrated with the active duty and guard personnel of Joint Base Elmendorf/Ft. Richardson, where they accomplished core task training, and shared knowledge and skills with their counterparts.
