U.S. Army Sgt. 1st Class Patrick Franks from Las Vegas, Nevada, fires his pistol on The Practical Event at the Bianchi Cup in Columbia, Missouri May 24. Franks, a member of the U.S. Army Marksmanship Unit’s Service Pistol Team, claimed the 2018 World Action Pistol Championships’ Production Division Champion title on May 20.
