The former McClellan AFB is now known as McClellan Park, a thriving business park and residential community, with more than 15,000 people on the base daily. The Radar facility on the former base is currently being used by the Wildlife Care Association as a rehabilitation center for more than 6,000 orphaned and injured animals each year spanning four counties, including where former McClellan AFB resides.
