A mine clearing line charge (MICLIC) explodes as U.S. Marines with Mobility and Counter-Mobility Platoon, 2nd Assault Amphibian Battalion, 2nd Marine Division engage training targets during a deployment for training (DFT) exercise at Fort Stewart, Ga., May 29, 2018. When employed, the MICLIC can clear and destroy improvised explosive devices, greatly enhancing troop mobility on the battlefield.
