    Col. Chuck Booze, 189th Regiment and Oklahoma Regional Training Institute commander, was awarded the Legion of Merit by Brig. Gen. Jon Harrison, OKARNG joint staff director during a retirement ceremony at the RTI on June 2, 2018. Booze served 32 years in the Oklahoma National Guard.
