74 years ago Raymond Wallace parachuted into Sainte Mere Eglise to help liberate Europe. He tell Staff Sgt. Alexander Henninger from the 173rd Airborne Brigade about the fight that followed for the next 30 days to secure the beachhead, a fight that saw two of three of his Airborne brothers being casualties. Mr. Wallace talked with Henninger at Normandy American Cemetery earlier in the week and is following up in an interview about his experiences following the D-Day commemorative jump on his battleground of the past.
