U.S. Army National Guard Officer Candidates from Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, Puerto Rico and South Carolina begin Phase 1 of their leadership training at McCrady Training Center, Eastover, SC on June 2nd, 2018. Phase 1 of Officer Candidate School is an intensive two-weeks of training that combines classroom learning, leadership development and field tactics instruction while placing candidates in simulated stressful conditions.
