Petty Officer 2nd Class Devin L. Turner, hospital corpsman, 15th Marine Expeditionary Unit, explains the importance of pressure points before applying a tourniquet to a group of cadets with El Camino High School's Junior Reserve Officer Training Corps at the MEU's armory in Camp Del Mar, Aug. 16. Marines and sailors of the MEU educated a portion of the school's JROTC where they spent two days on base living like Marines to better their understanding of the operational side of the Marine Corps. Turner, 28, is a native of Fresno, Calif.
