CAMP LEATHERNECK, Helmand province, Afghanistan -- Clear Lake, Iowa native Gunnery Sgt. Chad Trebil, the 2nd Marine Division (Forward) intelligence section operations chief, uses a rowing machine aboard Camp Leatherneck. Trebil is determined to complete 944 miles by rowing, running, cycling and elliptical training for the Leatherneck 236 Challenge. Competitors have the option of choosing to complete distances of 236, 472 or 944 miles by Nov. 10, 2011. Each level completed earns Trebil a commemorative t-shirt.
