(PACIFIC OCEAN) June 4, 2018 – An AH-1 Cobra assigned to the “Sea Elks” of Marine Medium Tiltrotor Squadron (VMM) 166 (Reinforced) takes off from the flight deck of Wasp-class amphibious assault ship USS Essex (LHD 2) during composite training unit exercise (COMPTUEX).
